Specialist course on digital PCR
10-12 September 2019

The fourth edition of the digital PCR specialist course at Ghent University will teach you the basics of digital PCR, including assay design, digital PCR optimization and data analysis. We will start with a basic intruduction of digital PCR and explain possible applications using case studies in the field of cancer research and virology. In addition to this, the course will provide a framework for good experimental practice.

The course will be taught by experts in the field of digital PCR from Ghent University, The University of Antwerp and the Catholic University of Leuven. Hands on training on dPCR devices will be provided by Bio-Rad (QX200) and Stilla Technologies (Naica system)

The course is open for academic and non academic researchers, see registration for pricing
